Capri Anderson Sues: Charlie Sheen Choked Me!
Capri Anderson plans to sue Charlie Sheen for choking her!
Charlie Sheen‘s life keeps going down hill. If he’s not finding his Mercedes SUV stolen or driven over a cliff, he learning yet again another woman is suing him (Capri Anderson).
Capri Anderson aka Christina Walsh, the woman who was found in actor Charlie Sheen‘s Plaza Hotel room the morning of his arrest last month is filing a suit for being choked and false imprisonment.
During ABC’s Good Morning America and Nightline interviews, Capri Anderson stated Charlie Sheen hired her for the night, but the night didn’t turn out the ways she expected. She states, “He was, from the beginning of the night, very loud and he had no hesitations when it came to using derogatory language or cuss words.”
That’s when apparently Charlie Sheen put his hands around her neck and began to choke her. Anderson then manages to lock herself in the hotel bathroom until police arrives. But according to Sheen’s manager Mark Burg, Capri never tells the police about any abuse, even though “she had every opportunity to do so.”
Charlie Sheen‘s lawyer Yale Galanter released a statement in response to the suit;
“Ms. Capri never made any allegation of wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen the night of the incident. She has posted on her website that she was ‘fine’ after the incident but if you wanted to see more of her enter the web site for money,” Galanter said. “We will defend this lawsuit vigorously and will never pay her a dime. These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity.”
