The Institute creates dedicated sales team to address the transforming advertising and brand business.
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 22nd , 2010) — With over 24+ combined years of advertising, marketing and media experience, Rick Hack and Carey Taylor have been hired by The Institute. Hack will be the Director of Broadcast Sales, and Taylor will represent the East Coast Marketing department. As a dedicated sales team, they will address broadcast and integrated sales efforts for the company. “Rick Hack and Carey Taylor bring a fresh perspective as the climate for advertising agencies and brand marketing continues to transform,” said Scott Gardenhour, Co-Founder of The Institute.
Rick Hack has a 14-year extensive history in the advertising, marketing, technology and entertainment space. Rick recently headed up entertainment for the CBS Altitude Group, where he negotiated over $25 million in revenue during his six plus years of service. Most notably, Rick incubated and delivered a multi-million dollar strategic relationship with Intel Corporation that spanned marketing, media, technology, distribution and investments for all divisions of CBS. In addition, he organized and co-produced CBS’ “LIVE from the Web Carpet” video webseries. This program provides in-depth coverage of movie and television premieres, such as the release of Michael Bay‘s “Transformers” as well as “The Bourne Ultimatum.” Rick’s experience in multi-platform creative marketing and sales is a natural fit for the newly adopted Institute capabilities.
