The Office Season 7 Recap: Dunder Mifflin WUPHF Investors!
The Office returned last night with its ninth episode entitled “WUPHF.com.”
Last night The Office Season 7 returned with its semi-thanksgiving inspired wuphf.com episode. Michael (Steve Carell) would try and coerce the staff of Dunder Mifflin to invest in Ryan’s (B.J. Novak) business venture, WUPHF. Of course, the business is a complete failure and Michael Scott is just being used by Ryan.
Meanwhile, in The Office parking lot, Dwight (Rainn Wilson) has set up a hay festival. (This is the semi-thanksgiving aspect of the episode) Dwight offers hay rides in the back of a Dunder Mifflin truck as well as entrance to an amazing hay maze. It will cost you a pretty penny though to partake in Dwight’s Hay Wonderland.
Amidst all of the WUPFH.com shenanigans, Jim (John Krasinski) finds himself out of work. It seems that Sabre has put a “commission cap” in place so that Jim can’t make any more money. For the entire episode of last night’s The Office Season 7, Jim is just trying to find ways to kill time around The Office.
We end last night’s “WUPHF.COM” episode with quite a lot going on. Ryan, admitting defeat, decided to sell WUPHF so that he can repay all of his investors. Kevin (Brian Baumgartner) gets stuck in the Hay Maze. Believe it or not, it looks like Angela (Angela Kinsey) has met a new guy and she voids the baby making contract she had with Dwight.
Coming off of last week’s Glee episode, last night’s episode of The Office was a nice refresher. I laughed practically through the whole episode and felt like they did a good job involving the entire cast. I will say, Dwight is one crazy guy and I think that is what we all love about him.
The Office will return in two weeks on Thursday December 2nd, 2010 at 9|8c on NBC.
