Bam Margera Assaulted By Bat Wielding 59-Year-Old Woman

bam margeraBam Margera was assaulted by a bat wielding 59-year-old woman early Saturday morning.

At around 2 a.m. early Saturday morning, Bam Margera was hanging out at his bar, The Note,  in his hometown of West Chester, Pennsylvania. It seems as if the “Jackass”  star was being a little bit too loud for some of the surrounding neighbors.

After filing a noise complaint, Elizabeth Ray, who lives on the same block as Margera’s bar, showed up to confront the loud “Viva La Bam” star in person. Ray, 59, had bat in hand and attacked Margera.

Elizabeth Ray was immediately arrested and charged with two counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of simple assault and one count of aggravated assault. Ray’s bail was set at $10,000, which was posted quickly.

Ray went on to claim: “Margera used racial slurs during their initial argument. He called me the n-word. I’m innocent, and he’s a jackass, just like his movies.”  Bam’s mother, April, went on to state: “She hit him over the head with a baseball bat, and she hit him while he was walking to his car. There was no fight. She’s just crazy and gives him a hard time all the time.”

N-word or not, you can’t just go around beating people on the head with a baseball bat. You have to be a little crazy to say “I’m innocent” after you sent a man to the hospital for being slammed in the skull with a baseball bat you were swinging.

Margera was released from Chester County Hospital and boarded a plane to meet his fellow jackasses and cast mates of the up and coming film “Jackass 3-D”.

You can catch Bam Margera and the rest of your favorite Jackass members in October when their new film “Jackass 3-D” is scheduled to release.
