Twilight’s New Moon Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Win Best Kiss at MTV Movie Awards
Twilight Saga: New Moon actor Robert Pattinson accepted his MTV “Best Kiss” award by awkwardly kissing Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart.
Robert stated that the kiss with Kristen ‘didn’t really work’; it looked uncomfortable for the both of them. Apparently he had other funny ideas for accepting his award, but none of they were overlooked.
Right before the kiss, Stewart was heard saying: “This is not a good idea.” Followed by Robert turning his back to the camera for the big uncomfortable kiss.
This is not the first time he has won the award for best kiss with Stewart. Last year the actor won for best kiss in the movie “Twilight”. His acceptance then was an almost kiss with Kristen, a teaser.
The love affair between human and vampire continues with the third installment of Stephenie Meyer’s bestseller Twilight. Twilight saga Eclipse is just three weeks away from opening on June 30th. Pattinson stated, Eclipse is going to be a “darker, different, kind of serious” film compared to New Moon and the original Twilight, which were more of a love story.
Eclipse has won Anticipated Movie of the summer at the National Movie Awards. Peter Facinelli, who plays Carlisle Cullen, accepted the award. Twilight Saga: Eclipse is projected to be the top movie this summer in the box office with a huge fan base ranging from teenagers to adults.
Robert Pattinson played Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. But he’s known for his best role as Edward Cullen in the movie Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and the upcoming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, which has given him a huge career boost. Pattinson has also starred in the movie “Remember Me”, in which he plays Tyler, a rebellious 21 yr. old in New York City who has a strained relationship with his father after his brother commits suicide.
Be sure to join the Twilight phenomenon by catching Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in the highly anticipated The Twilight Saga: Eclipse on June 30th.
