Rick Fox Towers Over Competition On ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 11
Rick Fox towers over the competition and his partner on Dancing With The Stars Season 11.
Over the last two weeks three-time NBA champion Rick Fox has solidified his position as the guy with the best chance to win of Dancing With the Stars Season 11. During week one Rick Fox was nervous not only because he had never danced like this before, but also because he is so much taller than his dance partner their every move seemed awkward. With the help of some custom built shoes they figured it out and did well in week one scoring a 22. Rick Fox’s only other worry was that when he had to dance alone his height may again come into play. Week two found them in a dance that required him to dance away from her on several occasions. They pulled it off very well last week on DWTS and were rewarded a 21.
As we enter week three, look for Rick Fox to really kick it up. Just based on his life as a pro athlete you know he is naturally a very competitive guy and while he seems to be low key about it all you can tell he wants to do well and win this competition. Now that he has the confidence of two well-received dances behind him he should build on this and really start improving as Dancing With The Stars progresses.
While many of the dancers still will be working on the fundamentals or their fitness, Rick Fox is one of the few who has that taken care of so he can now focus on the small details that the judges are sure to start looking for as the weeks progress. Kurt Warner and Kyle Massey may offer him a challenge and the best contender among the men but it looks like Rick may be a better dancer than Kurt and he seems to have more fan support than Massey. I picked Fox as my dark horse pick to win the whole show at the beginning of Dancing With the Stars Season 11 and I see no reason to change that opinion.
Look out for Rick Fox as he towers above the competition tonight on DWTS at 8|7c on ABC.
