Tyra Banks Ditches Her Own TV Show
It’s been going less than three months, but now Tyra Banks has decided to call time on her own TV show, FABLIfe.
The project launched at the end of the summer but already audiences for the show have fallen off dramatically.
Banks, 41, best known for her work hosting America’s Next Top Model, insists she is leaving to focus on other interests, such as her cosmetics line.
She said in a statement: “This is a difficult decision but necessary.”
Disney/ABC produces the show, on which Banks will still be an executive producer during December.
Her co-hosts and contributors, such as model Chrissy Teigen who recently announced her pregnancy with husband John Legend, will stay on FABLife.
Rumor has it that La Banks isn’t much of a team player, and wanted all the spotlight to be on her.
Now it seems the future of the whole show hangs in the balance, despite having had on famous guests like Legend himself and fitness guru Jillian Michaels.
A previous show of Tyra’s, The Tyra Banks Show, ended after five seasons in 2010, though it did win a Daytime Emmy.
What do you think? Are you sorry to see her go?
