Kim Kardashian: Expectantly cheering on stepdad Caitlyn Jenner!
Among the packed crowd who got to their feet when Caitlyn Jenner was honored with the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs on Wednesday evening was her pregnant stepdaughter Kim Kardashian, 34, who was glowing with pride as she cheered on the 65-year-old former Olympic athlete.
At her side were grinning sisters Kourtney, 36, Khloe, 31, Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17.
Kim risked stealing the show, with the mother of one and reality TV queen, who is married to rapper Kanye West, all done up in a breathtaking black dress slashed at the shoulder and decorated with a sumptuous pearl detail where you would expect the sleeve to be. The Keeping up with the Kardashians star also showed off the look in a glamorous black and white selfie.
It was the first public appearance for her stepdad, previously known as Bruce, since April’s tell-all interview about her transformation to become a woman.
Caitlyn gave a heartfelt speech to the audience as she accepted her award – urging acceptance for others who are transgender, as she admitted “It’s been harder than anything I could have imagined,” and leading to the standing ovation.
