This week on Dancing with the Stars, the emphasis was on fun as the couples performed their favorite Spring Break tunes as well as a team routine.

For many, the most fun to watch was Patti LaBelle and her quickstep to Heatwave, for entertainment value alone, even if it wasn’t a flawless display. She got a 29.

Derek and Nastia took on the tango – to Summer by Calvin Harris. Too much speed and too much rotation according to judge Len Goodman, but it scored a 34 anyway.

Willow Shields got the same score for her salsa, with some saying the effort just wasn’t as good as past performances. Sharana and Noah earned a 29 for their rumba, while Rumer Willis and Val took on a jazz dance to Bootylicious. And while judge Bruno adored the raunchy routine, the other judges were less convinced. The pair earned 32.

Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson have been getting close on DWTS, with Kym gushing about their “amazing connection”. They took on a jive that, while not flawless, seemed better than last week’s dance, and they got 28.

Bachelor star Chris Soules did a Viennese waltz to Hopelessly Devoted to You, getting a 31.

Having rehearsed for just two days, Riker Lynch and Allison Holker gave their rendition of a samba to Want to Want Me– and it turned out to be one of the best performances of the night, with a 37 , the best of the show.

Team dances didn’t really change anything much, Riker was left at the top, Robert at the bottom. What this means is that it was Patti LaBelle who’s had to head home.

Who are you cheering on this season of DWTS?
