The champ is here!: Craig Wayne Boyd kissed the shiny trophy as he was named winner of season seven of The Voice
Craig Wayne Boyd, from coach Blake Shelton’s team, won crooning talent show The Voice this week.

And coach Gwen Stefani admitted he was her favorite to win, even though he wasn’t even on her team.

The blue-eyed Dad and country singer from Nashville, Tennessee, 35, shed tears at the news, while Shelton punched the air in delight.

Craig’s next move will be to launch his single My Baby’s Got a Smile on Her Face, which Blake wrote. Shelton admitted: “It’s a darned hard one to sing.”
College graduate Matt McAndrew, 23, from Team Adam, (Levine) had to content himself with two jobs. Chris Jamison, a 20-year-old college mailman, came third, while fourth placed went to 35-year-old

Damien Lawson, a ‘wild card’ who was also from Team Adam.

It was quite a final, all in all with highlights including Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars rocking out to groovy tune Uptown Funk.
