Bravo announces cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta, season 7
The cast of the seventh season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been officially confirmed by Bravo.
One new key housewife is Claudia Jordan, who effectively replaces Porsha Williams, a lady we’ll now see playing a smaller recurring part in the show. Claudia is already buddies with Kenya Moore and a radio host who just moved to Atlanta from LA.
For her part, newly single Williams is all set to join Dish Nation as a showbiz gossip writer.
At the same time, actress and singer Demetria McKinney will be appearing in yet another recurring role.
Those who will be reprising their parts in the show include Cynthia Bailey, Georgia Peaches, Kandi Burruss, NeNe Leakes and Phaedra Parks as well as Kenya Moore.
Leakes may also potentially replace the late Joan Rivers on Fashion Police – she’s also launched a clothing line and is starring in a Broadway production of Cinderella so she’s one busy lady!
We’re also set to see Kenya Moore focus on her producing career, while also badly wanting a baby. And Burruss attempts to expand her own family with new husband Todd.
Meanwhile Phaedra Parks (pictured) faces bringing her two young sons up alone as husband Apollo Nida is behind bars – she is apparently already drawing up the divorce papers.
We will have to wait a little while until ep one – but put it in your diary – Sunday, November 9 at 8PM ET/PT.
