Julianne Hough: Impressive as New Dancing on the Stars Judge
We’ve been longing to see if Julianne Hough’s new job as judge on hit hoofing reality show Dancing with the Stars would live up to the hype ever since it was announced she’d be taking on the role.
And in her debut this week, we reckon she certainly impressed, with her honest, humorous critiques of the performances.
Hough was no stranger to the ABC show, having been a guest in Season 18, now she’s a judge sitting alongside DWTS stalwarts like Bruno Tonioli, Len Goodman and Carrie Ann Inaba. What’s more, she clearly has no problem being by far the youngest judge on the panel!
While some on Twitter said they weren’t sure how good she’d be as an impartial observer, it seemed she wasn’t bad at all at giving out unbiased criticism.
She had previously said that, if anything, she would be harder on her brother Derek Hough than other performers.
After all, both were on the tour together, and it seems each one is well placed to tell the other when to clear up their act.
What did you think of Julianne’s judging debut on DWTS?
