Kim Kardashian’s Pre Wedding Fitness Regime!
The queen of reality TV, Kim Kardashian herself, is keen to lose a few more pounds before her wedding day, when she married rapper Kanye West.
This means keeping fluid levels high by drinking lots of water, getting plenty of exercise and resisting the temptation to go out for dinner.
It seems that liquid fasts, minimizing carb consumption have also played their part, especially in the Keeping up with the Kardashians star’s efforts to get her body shape back after giving birth to baby daughter North West.
For toning up ahead of the day, that’s also going to mean hitting the gym a little more. Apparently, her favorites are spinning and boot camp classes.
According to one source: “She alternates between different types of workouts and is very focused and committed to her routine.”
However, judging by the multiple bikini selfies this girl has been posting, she’s not that ashamed of her body after all.
