Leah Remini and Valerie Harper are Dancing with the Stars!
Former scientologist Leah Remini has been confirmed as the latest star all set to strut her stuff on the dance floor.
The 43-year-old actress is best known for her roles in sitcoms like Save by the Bell and The King of Queens, as well as her hosting duties for The Talk (before she got fired.) She is now reported to be joining Amber Riley, Snooki, Jack Osbourne and Christina Milian in the next season of hit reality hoofing show Dancing with the Stars.
As one well-known blogger quipped, we’ve never seen her dance in public before – apart from, perhaps with the Church of Scientology.
That’s not all – we can also expect to see Valerie Harper, whom doctors gave three months to live back in March after she was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Now she’s not just surviving but dancing as well! The 74-year-old is best known for playing Rhoda in The Mary Tyler Moore Show.
- This season’s new cast of Dancing with the Stars will be officially revealed live next Wednesday on Good Morning America (7:00-9:00 a.m., ET).
