Top 8 Finalists Become 6 on The Voice Perform for Home Viewer Votes (Spoiler Alert!)
Fourth season finalists on The Voice (eight of them) took to the stage to sing their hearts out for viewers at home in a live show this week.
And the performers had the support of their coaches, namely Usher, Shakira, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton.
For “Team Adam”, Judith Hill sang a version of will.i.am’s #thatPOWER, and Sarah Simmons sang Somebody That I Used to Know. Singing for Team Blake, Holly Tucker crooned The Band Perry’s DONE, and the Swon Brothers gave us Steve Young’s Seven Bridges Road.
Sasha Allen’s song was Without You, for Team Shakira, while Usher team member Michelle Chamuel performed the Buno Mars song Grenade.
Danielle Bradbery on Blake’s team was also on stage, with Grandpa (Tell Me Bout the Good Old Days). Singing for Adam, Amber Carrington gave us her rendition of the famous Adele song Skyfall.
There were also a couple of group performances, while Blake also performed his latest single, Boys ‘Round Here.
Then, last night, Judith Hill and Sarah Simmons were sent home after the live results show on NBC, in which Sheryl Crow guest starred, performing new single Easy, from the album Feels Like Home.
Now the race is really on as this show gets serious!
The Voice airs on Monday and Tuesdays on NBC.
