“I Wasn’t Drinking” Insists Lindsay Lohan

She may not exactly be a stranger to partying, but original bad girl Lindsay Lohan says she wasn’t drinking at the recent Screen Actors’ Guild Awards.

Although reportedly consuming alcohol at last weekend’s bash, the Mean Girls actress has apparently threatened to “sue the pants off” any journalist retelling the story, insisting she didn’t touch a drop.

Some celeb watchers are saying that LiLo is already looking into her legal position with her lawyer, believing that these claims could have a negative impact on her career. Lohan is also denying reports that she was seen with Dennis Hopper’s son Henry at a gas station after buying Red Bull and vodka.
