Morning Robot: Beyonce, Ashton Kutcher, Arnold Schwarzenegger
It’s been a revealing morning in the world of celebrities today. First on our agenda, we’ll be talking about the case of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mysterious son. Next up, we have more news about Ashton Kutcher’s role on “Two and a half men. Finally, we’ll be examining Beyonce’s new music video, as well as news about her upcoming album.
What many people have failed to realize is that the buzz surrounding Arnold Schwarzenegger’s torrid affair has been painful for more than the adult parties involved. Mildred Baena and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son is thought to be suffering a great deal during this time, and so everything is being done to keep his identity a secret. Psychotherapist Robi Ludwig had this to say: “This child probably has a life that’s contained and safe, and he’s well-liked, and he’s polite, as they say, and now all of a sudden he’s got a spotlight on him,” Ludwig continued. “There’s going to be a lot of feelings, a lot of anger, a lot of disappointment, and a lot of confusion for him.”
Now that Charlie Sheen has been replaced by Ashton Kutcher on “Two and a Half Men,” everyone has been asking Ashton about the new gig. Ashton has elaborated, saying, “I could not be more excited. I never in my 13 years of show business received more e-mails and phone calls congratulating me for this job. It’s almost like I won the lotto. And I kind of did.” Doesn’t sound like Ashton’s too stressed about snagging Sheen’s role, but why should he be? Are you psyched to see Ashton Kutcher take on the role?
Beyonce has once again taken the world of pop by storm with the debut of her latest single. Following from last night’s event on American Idol, the track has now been made available for purchase online and is already doing well. The song is one of a few that Beyonce is using to promote her upcoming album, “4” and its video depicts the sultry singer riding through a desert via horseback, and later has images of rioting. Of course, all of the more abstract features of the video are grounded with some of the singers trademark elaborate dancing. The song, entitled “Run the world, (Girls)” will kick off Beyonce’s headlining performance at this year’s Glastonbury festival. Are you excited for one of the biggest music events of the year, and do you think Beyonce is a good choice for the headlining act?
