Happy Monday! Are you ready for today’s Morning Robot? Great. First in today’s news, Charlie Sheen may be taking his show overseas. Will Sheen’s quirky style find success in places like England, or Japan? Lady Gaga is releasing a new track today, only weeks after her “Judas” single came out. Will “The Edge of Glory” be a hit? Finally, we now know for certain that Paula Abdul will be joining Simon Cowell on the American X-Factor. Will their personalities clash, or will they make their differences work for them?

Charlie Sheen has recently announced plans to change his show up a bit, and take it abroad. In an interview with an Australian radio station, Sheen said, “Why don’t I take this thing on the road to Australia, parts of Europe, parts of Asia..if it wasn’t about violent torpedoes and truth seeking but more about an evening with Charlie Sheen, if I told people what to expect maybe they wouldn’t heckle me like the drunk clowns that they are.” Indeed, Charlie Sheen’s tour in the United States has been a hit in some areas, and a miss in others. Perhaps changing the format is a step in the right direction. Furthermore, any future proceeds that Sheen earns will go towards his Torpedos Against Tornadoes Foundation, which is awesome!

Lady Gaga fans will be pleased to know that the pop diva is releasing a new song today. Yesterday, the icon tweeted, “My song THE EDGE OF GLORY will be released on iTunes tomorrow to begin the countdown to album release!” Lady Gaga also tweeted, “Out tomorrow 1pm PDT. Another shot before we kiss the other side. I’m on the edge of something final we call life.” Everything that Lady Gaga releases from “Born this Way” becomes an instant hit, so I’m pretty sure “The Edge of Glory” will be huge. What are your thoughts?

Finally, Paula Abdul will definitely be judging alongside Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell on the American version of the X-Factor. Paula Abdul has admitted that she is “excited beyond words,” and that, she is “delighted and grateful to be sitting next to Simon again… but you might want to check back with me in a week or two!” Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul famously clashed and butted heads on American Idol’s judging panel, but their banter attracted a lot of viewers. Will that formula stay successful when the new show launches? Let us know how you feel in the comment section below!

  1. Simon picked 2 women [understandably] but the magic of Paula is her flirtatious, going back and forth between being tight with Randy, then Simon, then Randy. He should give her another male judge she can ‘play-off-of’.
2 girls may be a problem if he wants to recapture the magic. 2 girls vying for him, leaves one in a negative
space, mindset and light all the time.
