Dancing With The Stars 2011: Kendra and Hines Ward Tango Battle!
Call it the battle of the tangos as both Kendra Wilkinson and Hines Ward tackle the tango this week on Dancing with the Stars. The tango is not an easy dance. Just ask Chris Jericho who was eliminated after doing a stiff, not so impressive tango last week.
Hines Ward is likely to do the better of the two tangos. He has been consistently very good and if the judges have had one criticism of his dancing it is that sometimes he is a little stiff. That stiffness could actually help him out with this dance. I also think he has an advantage here because he knows how to prepare himself and has been doing really well for the past several weeks so his confidence has to be sky high. I don’t see any reason Hines shouldn’t be at or near the top of the leaderboard this week on DWTS 2011.
On the other hand, the tango might spell doom for Kendra Wilkinson. She has struggled mightily with any dance that has required a lot of form and structure and that is what the tango is all about. She is riding high after last week’s dance where she got her best scores of the year, but the formal ballroom dances have been her nemesis all season long. Maybe now will be the time Kendra pulls it together and shines. I have a feeling she will need to do just that if she wants to stick around another week.
As we are now down to just six dancers. The competition is getting stronger and the DWTS judges are getting more and more picky and harder to please. With Hines Ward and Kendra we have dancers with two different purposes tonight. Hines is looking to solidify his spot at the top and Kendra is just hoping to be able to do well enough that she can live to dance another day. Tune in tonight at 8PM on ABC to see it all unfold and find out how these two do on Dancing With The Stars.
