Dancing With The Stars: March 29, 2011 Elimination Predictions

dwts 2011 predictionsElimination predictions for tonight’s DWTS live results show.

The first elimination of any season of Dancing with the Stars can be a little hard to predict and Season 12 is no exception. If we base it strictly on scores the bottom four dancers are:  Mike Catherwood, Wendy Williams, Sugar Ray Leonard and Petra Nemcova in that order. A person would have to assume that the first dancer voted out will come from that list.

Points, however, only tell part of the story. When the DWTS scores are close it can easily come down to being a popularity contest or a likeability contests. This means dancers like Chelsea Kane, Kendra Wilkinson and maybe even Romeo could be in the mix. I really don’t think any of those three will be eliminated though. Kendra has a pretty big following and so far she has come off pretty well. Romeo seems to really be trying and wants to be there and Chelsea is just damn likeable and pretty.

This brings us back to our original bottom four on Dancing With The Stars. Here is how I think it will all go down. I think Sugar Ray Leonard will be safe. He is very well-known and seems like a really good guy so the fans will keep him around. The same can be said for Petra Nemcova. She seems be trying hard, she has a great story and comes off like a very likable person. This brings it down to Mike Catherwood and Wendy Williams. Scoring wise they are within one point of each other so it will come down to votes and I think Wendy has a larger fan base and will muster more votes than the largely unknown Mike which means Mike will be the first person voted off of Dancing with the Stars.

Tune in tonight at 9PM for Season 12 of Dancing with the Stars’ first elimination show to see if I am right and find out for sure who gets their dancing shoes thrown in the fire on Jimmy Kimmel’s show.
