American Idol Results Preview: Elimination Night March 24, 2011
American Idol Elimination Night preview.
Well, the American Idol Top 11 performed Motown hits on last nights show. How do you think it went? There really weren’t too many bad comments. Not to say it was all good, but nothing devastating? Nothing that would make you say, oh, forget it, they are going home. My opinion is either Haley Reinhart or Naima Adedapo. Both were in the bottom three last night and didn’t give a huge performance, in my opinion, last night. Do you think America will think the same way?
Tonight, it will be brought down to American Idol’s Top 10. These performers will join the American Idol summer concert tour. Jennifer Hudson, of American Idol Season 3 fame, is set to perform. Also performing tonight is country music group Sugarland.
Will the Idol judges use their save this week? They still have a few weeks left before the “save” rule expires. I’m not sure whoever is voted off tonight is worthy of the save. This being said, assuming I know who will be going home. The judges have to save this for a stunning and dramatic elimination. There have been a few American Idol seasons where this save should have been allowed. America can feel like their favorites are safe and that others are voting for them and that performer just doesn’t get enough of the votes! Tune in tonight and find out. Who do you think went home?
UPDATE: Casey Abrams had the lowest number of votes but the American Idol judge’s used their one save. The Top 11 will be going on the Summer Concert Tour but next week TWO people will be eliminated.
