American Idol 2011 Top 11 Song List Spoilers

american idol motownOnce again the song list for tonight’s American Idol 2011 is being kept a secret.

Last week American Idol 2011 aired its first live performances of the season and for the most part the show was good. That being said, tonight the American Idol Top 11 will perform Classic Motown Songs. Of course, audience members are still banned from the rehearsals so there are no song list leaks /spoilers as of yet. Being that it’s Motown week, I’d look for Casey Abrams and Haley Reinhart to steal the show tonight.

Much like last week on American Idol 2011, we will be going into tonight’s American Idol Top 11 performances blind. All we can do is make predictions as to what the song list will be. Of course, as the day goes on an official song list may be leaked. Last week I brought the BuddyTV predictions and it looks like they have compiled another list this week.

As we prepare for another week of American Idol 2011 live performances, here is the song list that BuddyTV has compiled for the American Idol Top 11:

  • Thia Megia – “Mr Guy” by Mary Wells
  • Scotty McCreery – “Papa Was a Rolling Stone” by The Temptations
  • James Durbin – “Do You Wanna Dance” by Bobby Freeman
  • Casey Abrams – “Shotgun” by Junior Walker & The All Stars
  • Naima Adedapo – “(Love is Like a) Heat Wave)” by Martha Reeves & The Vandellas
  • Lauren Alaina – “Please Mr. Postman” by The Marvelettes
  • Paul McDonald – “Reach Out I’ll Be There” by The Four Tops
  • Jacob Lusk – “What’s Going On” by Marvin Gaye
  • Stefano Langone – “Uptight” by Stevie Wonder
  • Pia Toscano – “Stop! In The Name of Love” by The Supremes
  • Haley Reinhart – “Tell Him” by The Exciters

These are quite the interesting song choices for the American Idol Top 11 performances. It will be fun to see how accurate BuddyTV was with their predictions. Hopefully, with the first “live” performance out of the way, the contestants will lose their nervousness on the stage. Again, after last week’s weird Nirvana performance by Casey Abrams, I think he will nail the Motown Classics this week.

Tune in tonight for a brand new episode of American Idol 2011 tonight at 8|7c on FOX.
