Tech Robot: Angry Birds Rio, Amazon App Store, Mozilla Firefox 4
Angry Birds Rio is free today on the Amazon Android App Store and Mozilla Firefox 4 is officially released.
The Amazon App Store for Android is officially live today and I must say its looking quite awesome! Today you can get Angry Birds Rio which is a paid Android app, FREE! Perhaps the best thing about the Amazon App Store is that they will offer a PAID app FREE every day. Mozilla is also making news today as the Firefox 4 release date is upon us…finally. Did Mozilla wait too long and have they delivered a better browser than IE 9 and Chrome?
Perhaps the biggest news of the day is the official launch of the Amazon App Store for Android. Fans of the Google OS are ecstatic as Amazon introduces an amazing online app store in which items bought are sent directly to your mobile phone. Alongside the launch of the App Store comes the release of Angry Birds Rio! The highly addictive game is a paid app usually but today Amazon is offering it up for FREE! Everyone who owns an Android device should go and check out the Amazon App Store and download Angry Birds Rio! [Visit The Amazon Android App Store Now!]
Mozilla is also making waves today as the Firefox 4 release date is upon us. To me, it’s a little overdue and I think by now most people are either using IE 9 which was released last week or Google Chrome. Firefox 4 became a beta project over 8 months ago and that just seems like way too long ago, by now it is forgotten. On top of that, Mozilla is not really introducing anything groundbreaking with the latest browser release. Sure, it can be used with Windows XP, big deal. (IE 9 only works on Vista/7) If you are a Mozilla Firefox enthusiast then you will enjoy the Firefox 4 release, otherwise I wouldn’t waste my time.
