Chef Santi Santamaria died today at the age of 53-years-old in Singapore.
Santi Santamaria, chef and owner of El Raco de Can Fabes in Barcelona died at the age of 53-years-old today while in Singapore. Santamaria was the first chef of his nationality (Catalan) to achieve the honor of a three Michelin star restaurant. The cause of his death is unknown at this time but rumors are saying he suffered a heart attack.
The Spanish chef, Santi Santamaria who strived to use all natural and fresh seasonal ingredients will surely be missed.
