Lindsay Lohan Court Sex Appeal Sells White Dress
Lindsay Lohan wore a lovely albeit somewhat provocative white dress to court recently, and ever since, sales for the Kimberly Ovitz “Glavis” dress have skyrocketed. The $575 dress has reportedly sold out at all online retailers!
Lohan went to court Wednesday to face allegations of grand theft. The actress pleaded “not guilty” to charges that said she had stolen a necklace worth $2500. Although the necklace was returned before police could issue a warrant, it didn’t put Lindsay Lohan off the hook. In fact, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz addressed the actress in somewhat vitriolic terms, saying “You’re in a different situation now that a felony has been filed…You’re no different than anyone else. So please, don’t push your luck.”
The starlet has been in trouble lately, not just for having allegedly stolen the valuable piece of jewellery but also for having been recently accused of battery on a worker at the Betty Ford Clinic, where Lohan was recently staying before her discharge 3 weeks ago.
It’s been speculated that Lindsay wore the classy white dress as a strategy to emphasize her innocence, but it didn’t seem to have much of a desired effect on her judge. Lindsay Lohan will return to court on February 23rd, when she will have the option of ending her case early, something her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley says the actress may be interested in, if the terms are right.
