lindsay lohan live streamTMZ is offering a live stream of the Lindsay Lohan Grand Theft felony court hearing today.

Yes, Lindsay Lohan is due back in court again today.  This time it’s for felony grand theft.  Someone needs to smack the crap out of this girl.  Really, what is wrong with her?  She has not learned to walk the straight and narrow yet?  Lohan visited the Santa Monica Courthouse yesterday and is expected again there today at 4:30pm EST.  This time, as told by District Attorney Spokeswoman Jane Robison, we are told that police will charge Lohan with felony grand theft of a $2,500.00 necklace reportedly stolen from a jewelry store last month in Venice. TMZ is offering a live stream outside the courthouse where the LiLo arraignment will take place! [Watch Live Stream Video at TMZ]

Surveillance video has reportedly captured Lindsay Lohan inside Kamofie & Company Jewelry store in Venice on January 22nd.  This is the same day the necklace “disappeared.”  A week later, Lohan was photographed wearing the “one-of-a-kind” necklace.  The owner of the store recognized the necklace in those photos and called the police.  Lohan insists the necklace was a loan and that she intended to return it.  Shawn Chapman Holley, her lawyer, denies the charges.  This is the most serious of charges she will be facing to date.  She is currently on probation for a 2007 drunk driving case.  She could face up to 3 years in jail.

The night before she is due to turn herself in, what did Lindsay do?  She went to Byron & Tracy Hair Salon in Beverly Hills.  She was seen in footage by E! News sitting in her salon chair, calmly eating dinner and getting her hair done.  There were also women bringing clothing into the salon for Lohan to look at during her appointment.

Don’t expect too much drama today.  There will be no handcuffs. No jail time.  Lindsay Lohan will simply surrender to the court.  The expectation is for her to be freed on bail after the arraignment.
