Super Bowl 2011: Lil Wayne vs. Wiz Khalifa
We are just days away from Super Bowl 2011 and Lil Wayne has released Green & Yellow to support this Green Bay Packers.
Lil Wayne has just released Green & Yellow to promote his NFL team, the Green Bay Packers. Of course on the other side of Super Bowl 2011 are the Pittsburgh Steelers who have their own rapper by their side. Wiz Khalifa has made a hit out of his single Black and Yellow which praises the Steelers. Weezy’s Packers rap is pretty damn funny as he mentions Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews and says “were cheeseheads, yall cheese wiz” which I thought was pretty clever.
As the Green and Yellow rap goes on, Lil Wayne makes fun of the terrible towels and even says they just cut Troy Polamalu‘s hair off. Rest assured this rap by Weezy is all in good fun and by no means is he starting some heated rivalry with Wiz Khalifa. While Khalifa’s Black and Yellow has become a huge hit to both Steelers fans and fans of rap music, Lil Wayne’s new Green & Yellow is pretty funny as well as good. Not only do we have a battle taking place on the field with the Pittsburgh Steelers taking on the Green Bay Packers, we also have a rap battle brewing.
Here is the Lil Wayne – Green & Yellow track:
Make sure you tune in this Sunday for the 2011 Super Bowl XLV (Packers-Steelers) on FOX.
