RIP: Charlie Louvin Dies at Age 83
Country legend Charlie Louvin has died at the age of 83.
Charlie Louvin died this morning at the age of 83-yeard-old in his home. The country music legend, most famously known for the Louvin Brothers had been battling pancreatic cancer and sadly lost the fight at around 1am this morning. His wife Betty Louvin confirmed the tragic death to a local Nashville radio station.
Charlie Louvin will be missed as he was a country music icon. Louvin released 19 albums as a solo artist and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame for the Louvin Brothers. Our condolences go out to the friends and family members of Louvin in this time of tragedy.
