andrew luckAndrew Luck will stay in school at Stanford instead of moving up to the NFL for 2011 season.

Andrew Luck, Stanford’s star QB was rumored to be moving up to the NFL for next season. It turns out that luck will not be going as the No. 1 Draft Pick because he will be returning to Stanford for the 2011 season.

With the Orange Bowl out of the way, Andrew Luck was rumored to be leaving Stanford, alongside head coach Jim Harbaugh. Now both were said to be pursuing careers in the NFL as Luck would be the No. 1 Draft Pick and Harbaugh would find a home as coach. Stanford is now saying that Luck will in fact return for the 2011 season and will not be going to the NFL. As we reported yesterday, Harbaugh is still negotiating with NFL teams and it looks like the San Francisco 49ers may hire him.

We want to wish Andrew Luck the best of luck with the 2011 season at Stanford and wish him well when he is drafted by the NFL.
