Monday flew by and as we gear up for this lovely Tuesday, let’s take a look at the headlines. Lindsay Lohan probation violation rumors stir. The Bachelor premiere last night delivered a nice slap in the face to Brad Womack. Paula Abdul will return to television tonight with the Live To Dance series premiere.

First things first, Lindsay Lohan faces a possible probation violation with her recent scuffle at Betty Ford. Apparently Lindsay assaulted and injured an employee at Betty Ford Center and the case will now be submitted to the D.A. Police say Lindsay Lohan committed a battery which means she violated her probation. If charged with the battery, LiLo could be headed back to jail. Could we get the first Lohan mugshot of 2011 already!?

Last night The Bachelor returned with its Season 15 premiere and so did previous Bachelor, Brad Womack. Before Womack got to see the new ladies he would choose from, he was greeted by the disgruntled women he didn’t pick back in 2007. Chantal O’Brien walked up to Brad Womack and delivered a nice swift slap in the face. People are getting all bent out of shape and saying that O’Brien committed criminal battery and should be charged. Brad Womack was recently asked about the incident and said he will NOT press charges as he deserved the slap in the face. The Bachelor will air Saturday night at 9|8c on ABC.

Last but not least is everyone’s favorite drunken TV judge, Paula Abdul. You may know her from boozing it up on the judge’s panel of American Idol but now she has moved on to bigger and better things. Tonight Abdul will premiere her brand new show Live To Dance on CBS. It will be interesting to see what Paula Abdul has in store for us when dancers battle it out for a $500,000 prize. Tune in tonight as Live To Dance will premiere at 8|7c on CBS.
