Did any of you watch the Chris Brown aka Chris “Meltdown” Brown interview this morning on Good Morning America?  I almost didn’t watch it, because honestly, I don’t like that guy after what he did to Rihanna.  Not because I’m a fan of Rihanna, but because it was a bottom of the barrel, scummy thing he did to her. Now, that said, I decided to watch and see what he had to say.

As soon as the interview was over, I changed the channel. I thought Chris Brown was arrogant, and a real jerk to say the least. He skirted over the issue when asked about it, and didn’t show any type of compassion about it as I thought he should.  It’s now being reported that he had quite the “meltdown” after the interview.  An ABC source said that the singer went ballistic backstage after getting questioned about the incident with Rihanna. Note that Brown is still serving probation for the crime.  He began using the F word, tossing furniture and causing ABC staffers to feel scared according to the ABC source.

Robin Roberts, host of the morning show, questioned Chris Brown about his legal problems that stemmed from the attack on Rihanna.  He tried to direct the interview at that point towards his new music.  However, Roberts kept pressing and continued to ask about a recent restraining order that had been modified. Brown replied that he is past that and told the viewers to go out and get his new album F.A.M.E.

After the interview, he immediately performed a single from the new album. When his performance was over, he left the set, cursing and screaming.  Chris Brown smashed a chair into a glass window.  The glass is very thick, and the people around heard shattering.  Security was called at that point.  ABC still as not reported anything as of yet.  Brown’s rep has yet to comment on the incident, but Brown has tweeted about it already.  He wrote “I’m so over people bringing this past s—t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie Sheen and other celebs for there bulls—t.”  This twitter post has since been deleted.

Robin Roberts is new to Twitter, only her second day.  She posted the following:  “Sure has been an interesting AM @ GMA.  Still sorting thru everything myself. Just my 2nd day on twitter, wonder what tomorrow will bring?”
