We offer a NO QUESTIONS ASKED 72 hour return policy. If you get ANY item from us and are not happy with it please return it. The 72 hour window applies after you receive your item. After you receive your item you have 72 hours to inform us that you will be making a return and the item must ship within those 72 hours. For instance if you get an item on Monday and tell us Wednesday that you want to send it back and you ship it back to us on Thursday even though it will not get to us until the next Monday, then you are within the return policy. If you get an item on Monday and tell us Friday you want to return it, we will not be able to honor the request. The buyer is responsible for all return costs unless it is our error, in the case we made the mistake we will eMail you a return label.
