A. I will not offer a Buy It Now option after an sale is already posted. I believe that it is important to keep the offerding fair for all.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. I pride myself on my reputation and excellent customer service. I try to provide as detailed photos and descriptions as possible. If you have a question, please do not hesitate to ask. All my sales are FINAL SALE. However, please understand that sometimes there might be an oversight and you might feel an item is not as described. I am here to work with you! If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to make return arrangements. Once return arrangements are made with me, the merchandise must be shipped and received within 7 days. Any merchandise received after this period will be denied. Any item approved for return for a reason other than “Not As Described” will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

A. I try my hardest to make sure everything is accurate. I take my own pictures and measure all of my own items. The measurements are approximate. Sometimes the color of the item may vary due to different cameras or computer monitors.

A. I take pictures of anything that is including in the sale (a dustbag, box, etc). If there is not a picture of it, then it is not included
