Most dresses have never been tried on or have been tried on only a few times. Most of our gowns have already been professionally cleaned by one of the bestgown cleaners in the bridal industry, Imperial Gown, soeach gown isready to be worn down the aisle. Sample bridal gowns may have a few marks, pulls,flaws or dust/dirt on the hem, etc that we feel areminor unless otherwise stated.As with any dress/gown, alterations are usually needed for the best fit. Please make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the above measurements. Keep in mind that Evening/Bridal dresses usually run differently (usually smaller) than daywear. United States Brides:
When you receive the gown or accessory, you will need to contactus by email or telephone within(3) three daysto state if you will be keeping the item or returning it. The item would then need to be shipped back by UPS, Fedex or USPS, fully insured (for your protection) and be received byus within(7) sevenbusiness days in the same condition as it was sent. Oncewe receive the item back at our locationwe will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the item was sent to you,we will refund the price of the item. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded, only the cost of the item.
