This isa stunning,collectible, ultimate luxury Armani Prive suit. The 100% silksuitincludes a jacket, top, and skirt and was a custom couture order for$40,000.Itis from the Armani PriveSpring 2008 Origami collection.

The jackethasa wide charcoal gray and white pinstripe fabric, with metallic silver and gray zig zag interior trim and a black silk lining.

The jacket has an asymmetrical close with snaps along the interior fabricand makes an incredible statement with a black plastic and mirroredmaterial Asian stylesword that sweeps across the front on the lapel on one side. The sword's black hilt is circled with crystal encrusting.

At the base of the sword, part of thepinstripe fabric is folded over the blade in pleats. The inside of the sword is covered with the trim fabric, and it has four snaps. There are also two snaps hiddenat the left side to help secure thejacket when worn.

The way the sword curves down accentuates the waist, making for a striking and beautiful overall look.

The jacket has built-in shoulder pads, and the sleeves are vented at the ends.

The skirt is the same pinstripe as the jacket with a rolled under hem to give it a softer look than the traditional folded and pressed hem. The skirt has a slight bubble shape due to this rolled under style. Instead of a zipper, the skirt has an elastic waist band to maintain the smooth look.

The top is of the same metallic silver and gray zig zag fabric that trims the inside of the jacket. It is a sleeveless crew neck design with hidden snaps all the way up the back.

The suit does not have a marked size, because it was acustom order. It was ordered by my client in an Italian size 48, a USsize14.

The jacket measureslength 25", shoulder to shoulder 19",bust about 42", and sleeves 24.5". The skirtmeasures waist 38", hips 42" and length 28". The top measures length 23" and bust 44".

Thesuit is in excellent, worn oncecondition. The "Prive" tag on the top has detached at one of its four corners. This is the only sign of any use at all.
