This isavery beautiful,collectible, ultimate luxury Armani Prive special occasion / evening suit. The 100% silksuit has a jacket and skirt and was a custom couture order for$40,000.Itis from the Armani PriveSpring 2008 Origami collection.

The jacket is an intricately designed silver and muted brown zig zag patterned fabric, accented at the collar with large sweeps of solid brown metallic fabric.The skirt is brown satin with a rolled under hem to give it a softer look than the traditional folded and pressed hem.

What really makes thissuit stand out is the amazing detailat the front of the jacket. On the right, the collar starts halfway down the neckline. An exquisite, abstract folded bow pulls over to snap on to the left side, accenting the waist. On the left side, the collar extends beyond the lapel and sweeps over to snap onto the right side. The effect a gorgeous, sleek statement look

All the snaps are hidden. The sleeves have a spherical silver bead at each cuff, and there are built-in shoulder pads. The jacket has a rounded hem, which dips down in the front toaccommodatethe pleats of the bow.

The skirt has a slight bubble shape due to the rolled under style. Instead of a zipper, the skirt has an elastic waist band to maintain the smooth look.

The suit does not have a marked size, because it was acustom order. It was ordered by my client in an Italian size 48, a USsize14.

The jacket measures28" long at the front under the bow and 24" long around the sides and back, shoulder to shoulder 17",bust 42", and sleeves 25". The skirtmeasures waist 35", hips 42" and length 29".

Thesuit is in excellent, worn oncecondition, no issues, just splendid!
