About Dexter

Dexter is a hit television show which debuted on Showtime in 2006. The first season of the show was based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. The premise of Dexter follows Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a bloodstain analyst by day and a serial killer by night. Showtime struck gold with the show as it has won several awards including 2 Golden Globes and 1 SAG Award and has a tremendous fan base. Dexter is currently filming season 6 which is set to air on Showtime later this year (2011).
