Ami James is a widely known tattoo artist thanks to the extremely popular show Miami Ink on TLC.   The show followed Ami as he ran his tattoo shop “Love Hate Tattoos” in Miami Beach, Florida. Four seasons into Miami Ink Ami James and the show kind of fell off the map, that is until now. TLC has found Ami and will be broadcasting a brand new spin-off of the original series Miami Ink, entitled NY Ink. Ami James will move to New York and open up a brand new tattoo shop by the name of Wooster St. Social Club. NY Ink is set to premiere on TLC at 10|9c on June 2, 2011.
